30-Day Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Products must not show signs of use, assembly, or installation
  • Return authorization (RMA) must be obtained before shipping

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to our returns center

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days to appear
  • PayPal refunds: 1-2 business days
  • Store credit: Issued immediately

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different product? Simply initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time and guarantees availability of your desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items
