Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Large items such as outdoor kitchen islands and built-in grills may require 3-5 business days for processing due to their size and special handling requirements.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Information

All grills and outdoor cooking equipment are shipped via trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers for oversized items. Signature may be required for high-value orders.

Residential Delivery

• Standard items are delivered to your doorstep
• Large items are delivered curbside via freight
• Liftgate service available for an additional fee
• White glove delivery available in select areas

Freight Delivery (Large Items)

For items over 150 lbs, delivery will be made via freight carrier. Please note:

• Carrier will call to schedule delivery appointment
• Someone must be present to accept delivery
• Inspect all packages before signing
• Note any damage on the delivery receipt

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. Some restrictions may apply:

• Alaska and Hawaii: Additional shipping charges apply
• P.O. Boxes: Not available for oversized items
• APO/FPO: Limited product availability

International Shipping
